Mapflo Terms of Use

This page sets out the terms of use (“Terms”) of (“Site”) provided by Outram Ventures Ltd (“We”; “Us”; “Mapflo”).

By accessing and using this Site, you agree to these Terms.

Intellectual Property, Copyright and Trademarks

The Features, content, materials and functionality on the Site, including text, images, icons, graphics, audio recordings, software, logos, videos, tools, frameworks, algorithms, know-how, and processes along with any enhancements to or derivative works thereof (collectively, “Content”) is the exclusive property of Mapflo or its licensors and is protected by UK and international laws.

None of the Content nor know-how shall be copied, modified, reproduced, altered, downloaded, published or distributed in any way without our written permission or the copyright owner. All rights not expressly granted are hereby reserved.

The trademarks, service marks and logos (collectively “Trademarks”) used on the Site are the registered and unregistered Trademarks of Mapflo and its licensors. Trademarks should not be used without prior written permission from Mapflo. This includes use in any public medium (social media, press release etc.) for advertising or promotion purposes, or to imply a relationship with Mapflo and its licensors.


Site Content

You are permitted to access the Content on the Site solely for your or your organisation’s internal, non-commercial information purposes provided you comply with all copyright, trademark and intellectual property notices in these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, alter, transmit, post, or disclose the Content in any fashion that is not authorised by Mapflo in writing or expressly permitted by these Terms.

The Site contains hyperlinks to third-party sites. A link to a third-party site does not mean that Mapflo endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content or the use of such third-party Site. Mapflo disclaims all responsibility and liability for such content on third-party sites.


User Content

You acknowledge and agree that Mapflo shall own and have the unrestricted worldwide right to use, publish, in electronic form and otherwise, and distribute any and all information that you share via comments, forums, survey responses and otherwise (collectively, “Submissions”) not prohibited by applicable law.

You hereby waive any and all claims against Mapflo for any alleged or actual infringements of any rights of privacy or publicity, rights of attribution or any other intellectual property rights in connection with Mapflo’s use and publication of such Submissions.

You covenant that you shall not post, submit, or otherwise publish on the Site any materials that: (a) are threatening, libellous, defamatory, or obscene; (b) would constitute, or that encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate the law; (c) infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third parties; (d) contain a computer virus or other destructive element; (e) contain advertising; or (f) constitute or contain false or misleading statements.


No services, endorsement or consultation

Information on the Site should not be relied upon for making business, investment or other decisions or used as a substitute for consultation with professional advisors.

Mapflo does not endorse the accuracy or reliability of Content (article, opinion, advice etc.) on the Site.

You acknowledge and agree that any reliance upon such articles, reports, advice, opinion or information shall be at your sole option, liability and risk.


Access to the Site

Mapflo shall have the right to alter, suspend or discontinue the Site or your access to or use of the Site at any time for any reason without notice or liability to you or any third party. The Site may become unavailable due to maintenance or malfunction of computer equipment or for other reasons and may result in damages to your systems, software, data or operations for which Mapflo shall not take on any liability.

You shall be solely responsible for ensuring that any information or Content obtained from the Site does not contain any virus or other computer software code or subroutine designed to disable, erase, impair or otherwise damage your systems, software, data or operations.



You hereby indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mapflo and all of its predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, investors, employees, agents, representatives and lawyers and their respective heirs, successors and assigns (collectively, “Mapflo Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all liability, expenses and costs incurred by Mapflo Indemnified Parties in connection to: (a) any claims arising out of your use of the Site and (ii) any breach by you of these Terms, including the representations, warranties and covenants you made, if any, by agreeing to these Terms. Mapflo reserves the right to assume, at its own expense, the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.



The Content on the Site does not mean that Mapflo is providing advice or services to You. You shall remain solely responsible for your use of the Site and Content and acknowledge that any use of the Site and Content shall be entirely at your own risk.
All Content and functionality is provided ‘as is’ without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, title and non-infringement.

Mapflo does not represent or warrant that: (a) the information on the Site is accurate or reliable; (b) mistakes shall be corrected; (c) access to the Site be uninterrupted; (d) that the Site or the server that makes Content available is free of viruses.
Mapflo shall not be liable for any damages; losses; lost revenue or lost profit.


Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by English law. The parties irrevocably agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
